Cancellations and Refunds
If cancellation more than 30 days (but less than 60 days) before departure day, we will keep the 30% deposit amount on trip price (agent
Deposit/commission), but we will refund the balance, which you are required to pass on to the customer.
If cancellation less than 30 days before departure day, we will not make any refunds.
